1- RIGHT TO BENEFIT FROM SERVICES
Every individual who applies to our hospital has the right to benefit from all services regardless of language, religion, race or sect.
Our patients have the right to be informed about the diagnosis and treatment opportunities offered by our hospital and how to access these services.
2- RIGHT TO INFORMATION AND APPROVAL
Our patients have the right to be fully informed through themselves or their legal representatives about the proposed medical interventions and the potential risks or benefits of each intervention, the alternatives of the proposed interventions, the result of the lack of treatment and the health conditions that they can understand in a way that includes the process to be developed.
Our patients have the right to receive a written copy of all medical records if they notify their request in writing.
Apart from medical and legal obligations, the information and approval of our patients have the right to decide on the treatment to be applied after being informed about the risk of serious side effects related to the disease, the risk of death, the problems related to convalescence, and the chance of success. Our patient is deemed to have accepted that he/she has approved the procedures to be performed in the tactic he/she uses this right.
Our patients have the right to be informed about the correct evaluation and treatment of pain.
Our patients and their families have the right to be informed about how to choose to donate organs and other tissues.
Our patients have the right to be informed about how they can participate in clinical research and experiments conducted in the hospital, and our patients who agree to participate have the right to be informed about their own and their families’ protection.
Our patients have the right to be clearly informed about the mission of the hospital.
3- RIGHT TO CHOOSE AND CHANGE PERSONNEL
Our patients have the right to know, select and change the identities, duties and titles of the doctors, nurses and other health personnel responsible for their own treatment.
4- RIGHT TO CHOOSE AND CHANGE THE ORGANIZATION
Our patients have the right to choose and change the health institution and organization provided that the procedures and conditions stipulated by the legislation to which they are subject are complied with.
5- RIGHT TO REFUSE AND STOP TREATMENT
Except as required by law and at the patient’s risk of adverse consequences, the patient has the right to refuse or discontinue the treatment planned or being administered to him/her.
6- RIGHT TO PRIVACY
Our patients have the right to receive services in an environment suitable for privacy during the entire treatment process.
The health status, medical condition and all personal information of all individuals who apply to our hospital are kept confidential even after their death. This information of the patient can be disclosed upon the explicit consent of the patient or the exact request of the court.
7- RIGHT TO BE RESPECTED
Our patients have the right to be examined and treated in a respectful, compassionate and friendly environment by protecting their personal reputation at all times and under all conditions.
8- RIGHT TO REQUEST CONSULTATIONS ( SECOND OPINION )
Our patients have the right to call a consultant physician for their diagnosis and treatment. The consultant physician recommends treatment, but the patient’s first physician approves the procedure.
9- RIGHT TO FULFILL RELIGIOUS OBLIGATIONS
Our patients have the right to freely fulfill their religious obligations, regardless of religious differences and as long as they do not prevent treatment.
10- RIGHT TO SECURITY
Everyone has the right to expect and request to be safe in the health institution. Necessary measures are taken by our hospital to protect and ensure the life and property safety of patients and their relatives such as visitors and companions.
In our hospital, appropriate protection measures have been taken for children, disabled individuals and the elderly ( alone, dependent, unaccompanied ).
11- RIGHT TO HAVE COMPANIONS AND VISITORS
Our patients have the right to receive visitors and have companions in compliance with the procedures and principles determined by our hospital.
12- RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT/ OPINION AND SUGGESTION
Patients and their relatives have the right to initiate, review, finalize a complaint mechanism in our hospital in case of violation of the patient’s rights, and to be informed of its result.
13- HEALTH INSTITUTION RULES AND PRACTICES
Our patients have the right to obtain information about the hospital rules and practices that will be applied to them.
14- EXAMINATION AND TREATMENT COSTS
Our patients have the right to learn the treatment service fees before the treatment and then to request and receive a clear and detailed invoice of the fees they pay for the service they receive.
